Rayhana Developments was established in 1984 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, initially focusing on contracting.
After successfully executing a large number of projects, the company shifted to real estate development, delivering several distinguished projects in Riyadh, particularly in the A1-Olayna district.
Over the past 40 years, Rayhana has completed more than 50 projects & expanded its services to 13 countries.
